I have lived here for a quite awhile and Ms. Kerrie always makes sure that I am comfortable in my apartment, and the grounds are clean and whenever I have an issue it's always taken care of right away.
Ms Kerrie is such a blessing. She went over and beyond to help me get approved for my apartment for myself and my son. I can not thank her enough. We moved in about a week ago and so far so good. The apartments are older and I can understand that. But there are a few things that need to be fixed, upgraded and cleaned. I’m trusting the process.
If I could put zero I would. Mrs. Kerri was nice and patience when I first met her and I never saw the same version of her after moving in. The unit has always had a smell since day one. I later found out the HVAC unit has never been cleaned or touched even probably since this place was built. Of course months after moving in, bugs galore! Disgusting. I love Ms.Carrie she makes she you are happy and works really hard to make sure everything is working and the tenant is happy. She's had made my experience here very worth it.
