Absolutely amazing! I went to Greystone Kitchen Company looking for a quality cabinet to remodel my kitchen. Something that will last but not break the bank. Vannan was great at understanding what I was looking for as well as providing recommendations based on our discussions of how I use my kitchen. Wow! I went to Greystone Kitchen Company, based on the recommendation of a friend, to replace my old laminate countertops with quartz. From the get go, Vannan was amazing! She helped me narrow down countertop options based on my design style and preferences as well as consideration of the color/style of my cabinets and other home decor. We wanted to support local business and return to this company after a decent experience with them a few years ago. We should have listened to the review from Cisco a few months ago. Buyer beware. After 13 weeks, Vannan has yet to deliver the most expensive portion of our kitchen cabinets after promising a 6 week turnaround. Vannan fails to give timely status updates, and is very difficult to get on the phone and is often out of office. Vannan also placed 4 unauthorized charges on our credit card totalling nearly $13K. Despite acknowledging the erroneous charges in writing, Vannan has been slow to reimburse us. We have still not been fully reimbursed.
I recently had the opportunity to work with Greystone Kitchen Company for a cabinetry project in my home, and while the initial process was promising, my overall experience has unfortunately left me disappointed.
