Only thing I could say bad is it is a tad bit pricey, but easy walking distance to all of Gatlinburg, balcony in the creek, great service and the room was super clean, I am talking sniff the sheets and towels and you know clean when you smell it
Great location, clean and spacious rooms. Very quiet hotel withing walking distance of main attractions in Gatlinburg and a trolly stop to get to many more! The riverview room was a great addition to enjoy some down time to relax with a great view.
Clean, comfortable, really good breakfast!!
