First time staying here and I was not disappointed!! Had a King room on the river with a balcony. Will definitely stay here again!!
I called twice to arrange an early check in time. Once when we checked out of another hotel and again when we arrived in Gatlinburg and the hostess at the front desk was terribly rude to me over the phone and told me we couldn't check in until 4pm and that it room wasn't ready. I booked my reservation through booking.com and it stated I could arrange for an early check-in at 11am by calling the hotel directly. So we decided at 2pm just to show up at the hotel. We have stayed here the last two years, and will likely make this our home hotel for the foreseeable future, lovely place, easy check in, clean rooms, decent breakfast. Location cannot be beat. River view balcony was great as always.
We absolutely loved the stay here. We were lucky enough to get a room with 2 beds at 1 a.m after our other hotel fell apart. The front desk lady was super nice and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. Also the location was super convenient. Would definitely stay again.
The room is very small nothing like the pictures, spiders all over the balcony so you can not enjoy the view of the river. I normally don't go out of my way to Wright reviews but i am very mad, plus there is no pool, false advertisement. The only thing that is good is comfortable the bed is and it smells clean and it's right next to a whole bunch of shops and stuff do. But the lady in the front office was kind.
