They put their phone on busy and don't answer it. They let it stay on busy for a long long time period not enough help. Not worth it don't go
Beware of this company, this is specific to the villages location home health I do not know if any other is this bad. They kept calling last minute and did not plan for visits ahead. They kept sending nursing in even though it wasn't needed so they had ot pt speech and nursing. The aid was going to give a bath to my mom 2 times or 3 times a week and they kept ot and nursing in to do so but 3 weeks and no aid came out. at the end one aid came got irritated my mom wasn't ready and was using the toilet and she made calls compla... read more
