If I could give this slick used car sales place a 0 I would do so! They are SO good at smiling and being friendly all the while selling you a car that is not road worthy! If you see a Toyota Venza on their lot that is 2013 - do not buy it! The whole bottom of it is completely rusted out. After purchasing, this problem was discovered. We contacted Joel, he said that it would get fixed. Then, after he agreed that there was a problem, he would have charged us $4K to get it fixed!
