Pet owner we have taken our dogs that were rescued from a puppy mill..This vet office has always shown that they really want to give the best care to our dogs....they have even waived some charges when the bill was more than we could pay...they are great
I found Dr Falk and his staff to be very knowledgeable,and kind when I had to put my Doxie to sleep. The Doctor went out of his way when my Doxie first got paralyzed. I couldnot of kept her for 8 years after her accident if it wasn't for him.

I'm new to the area, Dr Mark Falk accepted an emergency surgery after my dog was nearly killed by a beaver. This was early morning, his staff had not all arrived, and he had another patient. My dog was in shock, and cut badly underneath. I can't say enough positive about his dedication, expertise, and the innovative therapy he provided as she healed. He's first rate, and the staff are very accommodating

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this animal hospital? Yes
We have taken our animals to this vet for several years. Dr. Falk has always been kind, courteous and upfront with information. I refer Greystone Animal Hosptial to whoever is looking for a vet. I truly believe that they are the best Vets around.
