I’m someone who rarely leaves negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience because of how disappointed we are. We chose Greystone because they came highly recommended in our neighborhood, and we paid a premium price believing that higher cost would mean higher quality. This is the third time that we have used Greystone Masonry. We couldn't be happier with all of the jobs that they have done. The first job we hired them to do was in Stafford. They poured us one of the most beautiful backyard patios we've ever seen! They helped us with the design, creating a step up that was so awesome when it was finished! We have used Greystone Masonry several times over the years to handle our outdoor hardscape projects. They have never disappointed us. They show up on time and complete all work in a timely/expert manner. They have poured a couple stamped concrete patios for us.
We loved the finished product however at less than 3 years old we are getting surface chipping all over our patio. Consultants are telling the surface was probably weak from the start abd possibly wasn't installed/finished correctly.
Greystone Masonry, Inc. has done excellent concrete work on my home and in my neighborhood, for the over 10 years our subdivision has been in existence.
