I loved living at Cityview! The complex was very safe, despite the reputation of the overall area. It s located far enough down Oltorf that-as a girl-I felt safe in the parking lot alone even at 4am. They actually keep their gates closed the majority of the time unlike many complexes. The apartments are well-maintained, the pool is awesome, the valet trash pick-up keeps the complex clean, & the maintenance staff responded quickly to any issues. WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!!! parking sucks...everythings always broke in the gym... office people suck and never know whats going on... including the MANAGER. Very unorganized property... and they do not pay you for your referral fee for like 5 months if you refer someone to live there! Worst Managed property I have ever lived at. THANK GOD I AM OUTTA THERE!! would never go back or refer anyone again

The absolutely worse parking situation ever! I went to assist a friend with an errand. I was in his apartment for .45 min. I come out and my vehicle was towed. Vistors and residents are required to obtain a parking permit if parking within the gate of the apartment complex. How ridiculous is this???To obtain a parking permit you must go into the office, but what happens when the office is closed??? If the office is closed you are required to park in the visitor section of the main office. So, to avoid being towed I must park... read more
