This management company did a great job. When I moved in, they double assigned the parking lot. After that, they found a new one for me, still double assigned. The second time even worse, they towed my car. Well, that’s part of my responsibility, because I didn’t put the parking permit in a good place. Greystar property management at Aviara at Mountain House needs to conduct an internal audit. This company loses lease agreements, does not honor terms of agreements, refuses to respond to maintenance requests, and facilitates property theft of tenants’ property through their gross negligence. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone at the management office and if you somehow do they are rude and completely unaware of how to resolve any issue you may present them with.
Terrible company. If you’re a student, when you move out there will be magical charges that they’ll try to get you to blindly pay. Always review your move out statements and good luck getting that security deposit back. Bad customer service - won’t even answer the phone!

I lived at Colonnade Apartments in Southern California. While the apartment itself was acceptable, my experience with Greystar management was deeply unprofessional and legally questionable. Upon move-out, Greystar withheld my entire $400 security deposit and then billed me an additional $225+ for alleged carpet and paint damages. These charges are unjustified.
