This review is for their property 23andtwelve in Henderson, NV -- we decided not to move into this property after reading all the negative reviews, and I’m glad we didn’t. My wife and I paid a total of $310 in admin fees, which the property has refused to refund even though we never moved in. They’ve been ignoring my calls and emails about it for weeks. I would avoid due to immense misinformation. Attempted to apply was advised I should qualify. Due to a prior apartment complex listing inaccurate information I was declined. Sherwin advised I could provide documentation showing I did not owe a balance and the company was working on removing the balance from my credit within 30 days, I could continue my application. Staff at the office & Elliott via email advised that was not accurate. I was advised if I was declined I should receive a refund via check within 30-45 days, not ... read more

We've lived at The Well Apartments (Greystar) in Henderson for nearly three years and never had any issues with our neighbors -- until management here decided to knowingly accommodate people living in the unit above us who were not on the lease. This was the first of several Fair Housing Act violations we have documented in detail.
