I moved out 2/14/26, it is now 3/12/26 and I still have not received a deposit refund. I was initially told by Veniesha Sablan that Smart Disburse handles their refund deposit distribution. When I contacted Smart Disburse they had no record of a refund deposit being submitted. Veniesha today said I was emailed a notice of the refund and that I never responded. They charge for fees that you don't use or have access too. You can not get hold of anyone to talk to and they are so unhelpful. This company needs shutting down!!!!!!
I cant get ahold of anyone at this the office. We used to live at Reverb Spring Valley before they sold it to Conam. And didnt leave our information so we can verify residency! We are now between homes because we have no way to prove we paid rent for 2 years at this property because graystar failed to give access to rental history for Conam. I cant get a lease signed because they wont answer any communication to get my records!
My wife moved into an apartment with overwhelming mold. She took samples had tested and levels were toxic. Greystar did absolutely nothing. She was forced to move out and spending a few thousand dollars more on another apartment. They charged her lease termination fees and put on her credit report. She sued and won case. They refuse to pay and take off credit. Now we have to spend more in lawyer fees to peruse justice that was already served but ignored. We are also notifying all news channels to warn people of this company.... read more
If I could give less stars, I would. If I had the patience to tell you everything, I would. Whatever you do, run far away from any of their properties.
