My wife moved into an apartment with overwhelming mold. She took samples had tested and levels were toxic. Greystar did absolutely nothing. She was forced to move out and spending a few thousand dollars more on another apartment. They charged her lease termination fees and put on her credit report. She sued and won case. They refuse to pay and take off credit. Now we have to spend more in lawyer fees to peruse justice that was already served but ignored. If I could give less stars, I would. If I had the patience to tell you everything, I would. Whatever you do, run far away from any of their properties.
I live in Las Vegas in one o their property 1st no problem, but this 2nd they been nickeling and dimeing us for everything that they can and they should be taking care of this issue, not even giving the residents no option to opt out of anything and why are we paying $10.00 a month just for a carport if giving a chance to opt out I would I don’t have a problem parking in a spot without a carport my opinion just corporate greed at it finest.
Horrible management, between being told our apartment could have caught fire twice in one month. From two different issues, over promising the problem will be resolved and we will receive updates, to not being able to use heat or ac since NOV 7th. 30+ phone calls/ voicemails not being answered. Apartment flooding, to the water heater leaking a ton and getting all over storage items. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They will not assist. My security deposit was mailed to me then they put a stop payment on it and not ignore me. ALSO MY ELECTRIC METER was mislabeled at The Del Rey property. I’m a disabled veteran and they treat us like shit. Please avoid Greystar and THE DEL REY.
