From the clubhouse, the Martinique Bay looks like it is a pretty well-maintained complex…. Wrong!!! The community is poorly maintained, Cockroaches throughout the complex and inside the apartment, which won’t go away, no matter how much you clean. Also, dog feces and cigarette buds all throughout the community. This is a gated community and the gates never close. I recently moved out in December $649 Which I paid and turned in keys, Then 30 days later, I received a bill for over $4000 which included the $649. Which I was told, I could see the itemized bill in the portal, which I had no longer access to, and not to mention I never used the portal before. Then March a bill came with via email for over $8000. Now July it is up $11255.25 with threats to sending me to a debt collector. It’s actually impossible to get anyone from this company to answer the phone or return your call, I’ve called over 20x and yet nobody has called me back but they were so helpful when they took my money and now their M.I.A!! It looks like the next steps will be to head over to the BBB and file a complaint with them and maybe I’ll finally get my issue resolved or a call back !

I have been living at this community for 8 months. The apartment themselves are gorgeous and the community pools and grills are always maintained. Now the HORRIBLE part. The leasing office staff is unprofessional as they come. My washer has not worked in two weeks, I've submitted numerous work orders and all I receive is "we have a lot of work orders" well I asked since my amenities have not worked for 2 weeks will you guys subtract that from my rent? Don't go anywhere near this property management company no matter how nice the apartments are. If you have an issue corporate will most likely never respond or they'll be rude. I was sent to collections by Greystar after I moved out even though I was told by the girl in the office that I was all paid up. This company needs to be shut down.
