Would never recommend any community that greystar manages. Little to no communication from management staff about move out inspections. Not once were we told that we had any damages to our unit. Yet here we are two months later after moving out with a surprise $600 bill for what should be considered normal wear and tear. Co-signed on a property for my son in college. Kept the deposit and charged extra for bogus claims of leaving trash and damage. We had documented our move out. I asked them to send some kind of proof. Zero follow up correspondence other than a bill. When I didn’t pay - they quickly sent to collections. Parents - this place is not somewhere you ever want your children to live. They will take advantage of the situation and charge more than they should. I’m not the only parent who has experienced this.

Horrible customer service! Only giving one star because I can't give zero. Needed to get my CRP tax form and had to contact Greystar as they no longer own that complex. In the last month I've left 3 voicemails on the mainline, filled out the online forum, then 3 more voicemails and 3 emails with the person I was directed to. Absolutely nobody responded to me. While we still lived at that apartment we had the same issues then where nobody would answer or get back to you. It's impossible to contact this company.
