I live in the Avanna Cumberland units. We got hit with a bad storm. There was a clogging in the units drainage and so water basically rain down in our apartments through the vents. We also use the renters insurance that is recommended by Greystar to use well because youd think the apartment would recommend a good one. Basically our renters insurance said we don't cover the water damage so yea they suck why in the world would you recommend a shitty renters insurance that doesn't cover our needs? Greystar is the worst management company to exist! They take money from you non stop their properties are poorly managed even in Gwinnett they are the slum lords you need to avoid. I hope this company gets sued out of existence
Terrible management. DO NOT stay at a Greystar, including One12 Courtland. Always something down or broken and leading office is never available to help and always giving false information
Ever since Greystar has taken over Gramercy at Buckhead the upkeep, management, and maintenance has been non-existent. DO NOT MOVE IN to any Greystar property. They have a poor reputation for a reason. Even for critical items such as flooding, AC not working, maintenance does not respond
