DO NOT MOVE HERE TO AVANA DUNWOODY This place is a complete waste of money. I’ve had maintenance issues since the day I moved in, and nothing ever gets fixed in a timely manner. When you call to complain, instead of addressing your concerns, they start talking about other residents’ problems. I’m paying for MY apartment, not everyone else’s issues. Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Have not been able to get in contact with anyone for over a week this completely unacceptable as I have an urgent problem that needs to be resolved.
On August 1st of 2025, I moved out of and returned the keys to Marchon. I completed a video walkthrough with lying Katie and asked her if she thought that I would have been charged for anything being that I cleaned the unit and everything, she replied that she didn't think so because everything looked good but when her Maintenance supervisor gets back that following Monday, he would checkout everything and reach out to me if there was a need. Great maintenance work from Jojo and Roger at Elan Brookwood. They got it and took care of my issue quickly and with great communication about what was happening.
Don’t move in any of their properties! Eastwood Village is disgusting and the staff is rude and no one ever answers the phone
