It’s disappointing to see a resident treated unfairly after damage was done to their property. Businesses should take accountability and ensure their residents are respected.
DO NOT RENT at Aventura Dunwoody. I have been here a little over a year and have paid rent on time every month. This month I received a 3-Day Pay demand notice for rent paid on the 1st and cleared my account on the 3rd. Tried to call the office and emailed the property manager Mia, who does not respond. Riverchase Vista Savannah really needs a stronger management team. Alak does a great job, but she can’t handle everything on her own. And if you don’t believe me, just try calling the office number—it’s never answered, even if you leave a voicemail.
This group will scam you because they bought too many buildings and are in the red. My experience with them was terrible and after I COMPLETED my lease they sent me to collections for breaking it and charging for the services they forgot to finish before leasing me my unit. Our neighbors downstairs told us the unit was only vacant for about a week and no one came to clean or fix it before we moved in and Greystar had to pay for a hotel for my family to stay in because the unit was so rancid.
**UPDATE** The AC was repaired nearly a month after the initial maintenance request on 6/26/25 (the beginning of the longest heatwave in Atlanta, GA). Since that point, the maintenance (which had their hands tied with the AC issue) has neglected to respond to any work orders I made since that point (2 total over a month ago). Same number of workers that were present before the AC issue, when maintenance requests were resolved in 24 to 48 hours, now all of a sudden aren't resolved at all (so it can't be a staffing issue, and ... read more
