The property manager DJ at 1295 Dresden dr.NE Brookhaven, GA is very unprofessional. Since day one there has been problem after problem with my unit and he has done absolutely nothing to help. DJ's customer service is terrible and the way he speaks to women is even worse. It has taken 3 months to fix a ceiling issue in my unit that was there before I moved. Too the assistant manager who came to the office on her day off to address what to do with the rain in my apartment from the 200 gallons of water pouring into my apartment and the complete loss of everything I own, telling me to calm down and not be rude were just the thing a woman needs to hear when she is in crisis. Y'all owe me $1300 for an apartment that I was not able to rent through Brodick Hill because it had a roach infestation. I was supposed to get my deposit refunded back in September. We are in NOVEMBER... Where is my money??!?!?! I will be contacting a lawyer this week!
I moved out of Unit 1804 at Nomia Apartments in August 2025 and am owed a $1,360.14 security deposit. Despite multiple emails and phone calls over two months, I have not received the refund or a clear timeline. The leasing office told me the refund was “being processed,” and recently mentioned it might be delayed due to a “foreign forwarding address,” even though I requested an electronic transfer.
