Overcharged by this company at move out. Person in charge made threats instead of attempting to explain the high fees. Harassed for months by calls and emails. Sent an email in error with lower payoff amount then company backtracked minutes later. Please hire your own people to deep clean. They pass off highly overpriced maintenance charges on people leaving at the end of their lease terms. They do not fully resolve maintenance issues.
I presently live at Overturn Buckhead South a 55 and older community located at 658 Lindbergh Dr NE.I have lived in this community for 4 years and I am advising people to stay away from this community. They have refused to give me my moveout fees . this has been over 1 year . The apartment complex Brodick Hills keeps giving me the run around .
When I first moved into my complex at Bellamy I was really happy and excited to be in a new build community in November of 2024. Well about 2-3 weeks after move in that all changed. The person above me stomps, jumps, screams, and plays music so loud to the point where my walls and cabinets are vibrating. I can ignore noise but how can I ignore my entire unit shaking? They charge extra fees on your water bill then make it seem like is a leak when the apartments itself are new . Then when you try to get a hold of the property owner someone ahead of the manager nothing is resolved and they take yo back to the property manager and the staff are not professional especially at the Hawkins. The only nice one there is Jada everyone else have a smart mouth and st things like Uh huh when you try and give them and updates in regards to your rent .
