Trying to call them for 3 days, useless phone number and get you to mo where, no wonder why they are have such low google ratings, monopoly the whole market and there is no law in this state to stop them, I am really disappointed and frustrated with the way they manage their properties, property managements are even worst, no one takes any responsibility about what they put in their emails! They are changing their rate every week and every time i want to sign my lease they put a higher rate on the contract
The worst property managers. I used to live in Navajo Bluffs. They have mold issues in most units. They refunded my security deposit after 5 months. Then I lived in The District. Lisa Bishop is the worst assistant manager. She bullied me, manipulated me, and disrespected me by all means. She is the real racist. The leasing agent and managers hold grudges against tenets and do act professionally even though they agents were the ones who are misleading! Corporate office has yet to respond to harassment claims from the property manager. The property itself a 5 star. Agents and manager 1star
Took over vora mission valley apt place I’ve lived for years immediately raised my rent 28.8% due to a workaround to ca tenant rental cap rights (the building is less than 15 years old) They are intentionally forcing families from their homes to get market price for the unit and will continue to use any workaround they see fit don’t live where they manage period
