My experience trying to recover my security deposit after moving out of a property managed by Greystar has been extremely frustrating. I live in the farm haus community owned by grey star and let me give you a story so enjoy this one. On April 7 communication between Mr Washington the property manager was initiated. I gave my 60 day notice and per email the accepted it IN WRITTTING… I explained I was looking around other commuities and different offers. For one I’m dealing with health issues because of your incompetent apartment manager at the Roots of O’Connor and you had the nerve to remove my review because I placed the pictures of My Neighbor trying to break into the apartment. I was not gonna sue but now I have every right too. I am so glad that my Google account does keep record over being that I make and thank you for being very Atrocious and essentially making my case look better.
Was looking at renting with this company, but heard some horror stories from family and friends who had their cashier checks lost by this company and then attempted to evict them. Incredibly incompetent and unprofessional.
