Greystar stopped doing tenant verification for other landlords? This means that if you rent from Greystar, you effectively have no rental history when it is time to live anywhere else except another greystar property.
I have tried to reach out for 2 weeks and no one is available to help. I’ve sent emails to property manager to have someone else contact me and no one ever does. I would like a phone call since all the numbers online Ring and NO Answer
Greystar does nothing to help residents in their complexes. I’ve sent all of the below concerns I had from one of their apartments to Greystar and all they did was forward these concerns to the apartment manager, who continued to do nothing. When we first moved in, the apartment was not cleaned at all, covered in dust, dirt, and filled with dead rolly polly bugs and cockroaches. If you enjoy being ignored this is the company you've been looking for! I had tried calling and calling when I had an issue with my billing statement and no one ever answered or emailed me back. It took 3 months to get cleared up.
Greystar has actually impressed me with just how actually terrible their customer service is. I’m actually astounded. I didn’t think a company could have this terrible of communication skills. Been trying to get a hold of somebody for the last 2 months…. This has got to be a joke. Cut the cameras.
