I would strongly caution anyone considering living at Arbolada. After moving out, we were charged $354.32 in fees despite leaving the apartment cleaner than when we received it. Several of the charges appear to fall under normal wear and tear, which Texas renters’ rights (Texas Property Code §92.104) clearly state tenants cannot be charged for. Greystar never returned the security deposit owed to me. They said that a check would be sent out but when it never arrive I inquired about it. After months of asking and asking and asking they told me that they would investigate. After a few more months of me asking they concluded that the check was cashed by someone other than anyone listed in my household. worst apartment management company in Texas, I've been at 4 apartment complexes in my life and this is by far the worst.
Greystar stopped doing tenant verification for other landlords? This means that if you rent from Greystar, you effectively have no rental history when it is time to live anywhere else except another greystar property.
I have tried to reach out for 2 weeks and no one is available to help. I’ve sent emails to property manager to have someone else contact me and no one ever does. I would like a phone call since all the numbers online Ring and NO Answer
