IMO in short I would NEVER EVER rent from any Greystar property EVER again! IMO if I could give it a negative 10 stars, I would! I will look locally and find a decent landlord who owns and manages their properties!
Greystar corporate management has been a major disappointment at Hubbard Place. One of four elevators has been completely out of service for the past 7 months. Today, all elevators were down and residents had to take the stairs down for morning commute. On-site management is great, but Greystar corporate property management has been abysmal.
Do not waste your time working with this company. They will deny you then hold your $250 administrative (holding fee) without proper next steps to receive your money back. Most companies are able to reverse your payment back to the card used for the transaction. Greystar has me on the lookout for an email that could take up to 30 days to come to input my banking info just to wait another 30 days for a check to be mailed to you. Hands down the worst management company I've ever come across. Look at all these other reviews here. STAY AWAY from any building they are involved with.
