Hands down the worst management company I've ever come across. Look at all these other reviews here. STAY AWAY from any building they are involved with.
UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO GREYSTAR: I dont care if this a reguonal page. Everyone need to be made aware how you handle things Regionally there are several complaints from various properties that only shows how things are handled at the various different properties you guys oversee if I am coming to a regional page to discuss a matter that means you as the regional page should look into all concers and not suggest I report it to the property that is not handling things at a minimum level. Horrible service and community support. The community manager from Greystar who oversees Spoke needs to be replaced ASAP.
Terrible they charge for a utility package but then charge extra. I should not be paying $200 more if I have a utility package.
Only giving it a one at this point time because I can't give it a half a star very upset over the fact that snow removal has not been a priority can't say what's happening on the front of the property because I can't get out I live in the back of the property along with many others on North 49th Street where snow removal trash removal recycling removal is not happening
