I believe that they may be diverting the deposit refunds because I never received mine after calling multiple times to both Abode at Rieds Cove and the property management company and never getting a response. I decided not to move into the property and was told my refund would be sent to me. They claim it was sent to a wrong address and that they would handle it. Almost 2 months later, still no call and no deposit reimbursement.
I am beyond disappointed and very upset with Greystar Properties with managing such a horrific newly built townhomes(Wayford at Innovation Park, Charlotte, NC) I moved into one of these units and management failed to mention that downstairs did NOT have any heat(while going into a week of freezing temperatures) I had to go through entirely too much with the Regional Manager, who showed no sympathy whatsoever and refused to give me my money back at a place I couldn’t even stay in. We rented from Greystar at the Deca. They were wonderful property managers. We had great social events while they managed.
How come no one answers the phone I’ve read all the previous messages and it’s seems like the same reply to txt a number that no one has. How come I see everyone for the last 2 years and I’m sitting here calling and no one answers?
Elan Research Park was very unprofessional with me. The staff had no idea how to work the systems that they have.
