Overall, I regret moving here to J Optimist Park My biggest issue is the ant infestation. Finding ants in a fourth-floor unit of a brand-new apartment community is unacceptable. Pest control only comes once a week, and there seems to be no sense of urgency. I would have expected management to at least offer a professional cleaning after treatment to remove the dead ants or reimburse residents for the money they've had to spend on pest control products, but neither has happened.
