When I say that my and my roommates experience with GreyStar has been subpar, it fails to encapsulate the excruciatingly mundane relationship built around the tenets of poor communication, contempt, and wanton disregard for the customers who budget a considerable monthly sum to keep their circus afloat. We live in the Loree apartments and if I could give this place negative stars I would. My list of issues goes on and on- including leaky washers, broken/exposed light switches when we moved in, and the thinnest of walls. But my main issue is our AC going out at LEAST 3 times a month. Living at JTB Apartments in Jacksonville Fl made one thing clear to me. NEVER live in anything owned and managed by Greystar. My apartment was new and I was the first and only tenant to live here. I have been here 6 months and so far my apartment was flooded by a faulty air conditioner and then my air conditioner completely went out in during the hottest week in July.
