DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH GREYSTAR / THE BOARDWALK AT TOWN CENTER WOODLANDS! Sure, the location is nice and the complex has a lot of amenities but so does nearly every other complex in the Woodlands. When we signed our lease we received a move in packet and information on the moving process. When it came to 90 days prior to our lease ending, we were sent an email that included lease renewal options. I just renewed my lease and asked them to spray for bugs, fix garage disposal, and do rugs. So far, no luck on anything. They say the bug spray people come on Wednesdays, so I have waited for three Wednesdays in a row with no luck. The maintenance man said he would come by and do garage disposal first, I saw old garage disposals in the trash, and after two weeks, the sink is full of dirty water. No one answers the phone in the office ever! I feel lucky to catch them in their office, and although I know they're inside, they w... read more
