I rented from them in 2022. I moved out of the apartment because of a domestic violence gave them the information the apartment was left in excellent condition. I moved out on 17 December. My rent was paid in full the next following year. I got a letter saying that I owe them $4000 for the remainder of the lease and they rented the apartment out the very next month so now I have to take actions to sue them. Do not move there. They are criminals and thieves.
What’s the point of listing phone numbers and emails if you never get back to your paying tenants?
Greystar is not the worst property management company I have had (worst by far is Phillips Real Estate), but it also has quite a few issues. The positive is that they are generally pretty responsive to apartment repairs compared to other places I have lived. There is usually at least some communication. Repairs are generally slower for amenities and sometimes it takes weeks or months to get action for those types of repairs. Wasn't able to get in contact with them until we owned them money go figure. After moving out of Irwin park apartments we were charge a bunch of junk fees. We couldn't pay the whole balance right then and there so they did a payment plan for me and my wife. Well they decided to charge us on our last payment early. Said they wanted to make sure even though we never missed a payment bunch of con artist
