I have never dealt with a more in-compassionate , rude horrible individual as i had today with the receptionist at this practice. The GP needs to look at who he has representing him at the front of house as you have lost a patient. Kindness & understanding go a long way in these difficult times. Just rude.
Nightmare receptionist. This morning I was called up by their receptionist and abused because when asked if I was coming in for my Pfizer shot, I said no I think you've made a mistake I had both Astra Zenica and finished my shots over 6 weeks ago. She then yelled at me asking what was wrong with me for not cancelling said appointment and hung up before I could speak.
