Although I'm not a frequent client I called these guys when one of my kitties was sick today. I was afraid he was dying. Autumn, the girl who picked up was incredibly helpful and told me what I could do to get my buddy feeling a bit better, and told me if he's still sick in the morning they could get us in. Her recommendations worked and Loui is feeling much better, and we will certainly be bringing him to Greylock in the future for check ups! Great customer service!
Dr Eiszler and her technician Brittney were excellent. They took good care of my baby. He was just there for his annual physical but needed blood work, shots, ear cleaning, nail trim, & anal gland expression and they were so gentle with him that he just stood on the table like a champ (eating the treats I was feeding him). Top notch facility and care
Good Vets. I trust my Pug in there care. However, I do think they should get in house finance to people who cant get Care Credit. You dont know the reasons why peoples credit scores are low.
Our lab just had minor surgery to remove some growths on her head , Dr. Mattson was her surgeon and she did a fantastic job you can't even see the sutures, the surgical technician explained everything pre op and post surgery. I did have questions once we were home and the staff was amazing and compassionate as always. I always feel safe having them take care of our pets needs. A wonderful facility and staff they all are friendly and treat us like family and that is what matters. ����
They used to be great. Not so much any longer. No understanding nor compassion from the under trained receptionists.
I've been bringing my cats to Greylock for almost 9 years. The doctors there are so wonderful to my girls, and we highly recommend them. One of my cats is having behavior problems since we introduced a new kitty into the house, and Dr. Eisler and the front desk staff have been super helpful in this process.Thanks for everything!
