I want to give them a 0 I’m a disabled woman I had applied for an apartment 2 1/2 years ago, every time that I was able to get in touch with someone that person will tell ,you still on the waiting list and after 2 years I received an email saying that my application was incomplete I call them don’t know how many times until finally I spoke with someone, she told me that it was incomplete because I didn’t paid the application fees, that I can go and pay for it and it will be fine, I went and paid it the next day. Wow I was considering applying for an apartment here, but after looking at the reviews, I'm completely discouraged to do so. I think I make too much any way. But they need to get rid of that Sara person, no quality customer service 🤦♀️
