They were courteous, professional, and got me to my destination... Good job Greyhound!
If I could give ZERO stars I would! I booked a trip for my sister. She arrived before the scheduled departure time and the bus pulled off. When she went to speak with customer service, the desk lady had a NASTY attitude and demeanor toward her. She kept saying there was “nothing she could do”. She didn’t try to reschedule my sister or give her a 1800 number to try to resolve this. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Never again
