so pissed off I asked the gentleman that was working about a bus that was leaving at 3:00pm he automatically booked me for 2am in the morning I then went to tayna who came in after him I asked her about the bus I wanted to take while talking to her I noticed she was on the computer she cancelled my ticket and put it in for 7:50 this morning I specifically told her don't do anything to my reservation until we had confirmation that i could take that earlier bus it took us over 46 minutes to get my 2am bus back i asked several ... read more
