this is my second trip to Augusta GA from Newark NJ frist in Oct and this month both times the bus drivers kept getting loss on the routes one driver tried to make u turn on a back road and hit a street sign and crack the bus window turning my 18 hour ride into 24 hours ride
The WiFi didn’t work at all but everything else was great even the driver was very nice.
no i dont recommend greyhound bus because for one they lose your luggage for two the bus is never on time for three the buses be full to the compacity and the bus drivers are nasty and greyhound dont never want to give you the refund you deserve of the ticket amount you paid....also the buses need to be more cleaned.....i wont be riding greyhound no more until they get it together
Was on time to very stop and the bus driver was wonderful.
my experience yesterday traveling was the worst there was no air on the bus no wifi or outlet to plug your phone i was told all those things was suppose to be on the bus it was very crowded some seat was wet from leaking water don't no where it was coming from but i have to go back home i dont think i will be riding greyhound
they charged me $19.50 as service and security charge. on ticket of $16. Even the call center was not helping.
It was horrible . 16 hours turned into a 24 hr ride . My route had no driver available for any stop .
Not a bad ride. They need to turn up the air a bit and adjust the temp inside. Also would be a good idea to let people on and off to get a drink or stretch your legs.
