A diamond in the rough. If I owned the place id have a small greyhound museum in the lobby. So much could be done with this place. There is so much history right in that spot.
The room was clean, cool and comfortable. Easy to access. Great parking. Comfortable bed. Sheets are comfortable. Loved it. Will stay here more often when having a staycation!
Wonderful experience for our overnight stay. Large, comfortable rooms with period correct furnishings and decor. Great amenities in the room, comfortable bed, and an overall fantastic hotel option. Safe, gated parking located in the heart of downtown within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops. Check-in and out were handled easily with digital updates frequently updated by the hotel. Our favorite hotel in the region and first choice when staying in Tyler.
What a nice , quiet place. Very comfortable and the room is exquisitely clean and stocked with necessities. Definitely not a chain hotel and thats what makes it so comfy and unique.
