Very cool refurbishment of the old bus station into a cool boutique hotel, rooms are large and very clean, excellent location right near the Tyler downtown square. Highly recommend.
PLEASE, I BEG IF YOU, FOR THE SANITY OF YOUR GUEST, UPGRADE THE WINDOWS & INSTALL SOUND BLOCKING CURTAINS because honestly, I might as well have been sleeping on the street outside. Lucky if I got 2 hours of sleep before the train went by, at 2 a.m. then the loud diesel garbage trucks rolling out, and topped off by jack hammering construction at 6. Truly a miserable sleeping experience. Other than that, having to call customer service 3x at night to gain codes for the gate, then again for entrance into the building & then ag... read more
I always love a contact free property. They were quick to respond when I had questions and it was easy to access my room. Everything was clean and we loved seeing what was original to the bus depot. I do wish there was more information on the history of the transition, but we looked it up ourselves.
