This is the worst way to travel! My daughter booked a trip from Phila to State College on 11-28-2022. The bus was supposed to arrive in Philly at 9AM and get to State College at 1pm. However the bus didn't arrive until 10:15am, 75 minutes late! No one at the station was saying anything about the delay. I called the Greyhound customer service (215-931-4075) and the rep was clueless! She kept saying that the bus departed Philly at 9:08 but the bus finally arrived at 10:15am.
