I never have had a problem with greyhound till today. Bus was scheduled to leave at 1215pm and here it is 3pm and I'm still sitting here! No explanation as to why either!

For one I got stuck at Amarillo for 6 hours because they couldn’t find the driver. Then a few hours later I was stuck in the middle of Tulsa because the bus broke down and they couldn’t get anyone to come and fix the problem, so that took 12 hours just to get the next bus to come. Then I got stuck at Indianapolis for almost 3 hours because there was no driver for our bus to drive me to my destination. No I will not ride grey hound again
I don't understand why I can't buy a ticket with the credit card from the Greyhound station I was stranded I had to $.30 to my name and my family was going to buy me a ticket back to Pittsburgh but they would not let her pay for my ticket and would not let me pay when I got to Pittsburgh
It was really nice both d times going to Canada n cming bak frm der.i was luving to sit on d front seat n admiring d view.d bus stations n d staff wer superb.i had also luved Whn I had travel frm Joeburg to ladysmith south Africa I'm does bus Dey served us water coffee n face wipes.luving d busses of greyhound.keep it up

I was delayed five hours for a headlight out that's crap now I won't get to my new job until 3am Monday morning when I should have been there at 1:30 Sunday after noon thanks for the bad services get it together grayhoumd
