I started with no bias whatsoever. But Greyhound has failed to surprise me time and time again. I am a frequent rider, and maybe one of all of my rides were actually on time. About to ride another bus and we will see if I’m surprised this time. The weather is pretty bad, so I’ll let the lateness slide this time.
Late buses, rude staff and that's if they even answer the phone! Seriously disappointed.
I'm not even gonna lie this was the worst greyhound bus ride I have ever taken I mean we had to take a cab from Indiana to Dayton Ohio to get to Toledo Ohio and they left one of the passengers chasing the bus to get back on and the driver just kept on driving damn greyhound was just horrible...
Worst bus trip ever bus broke down in Cincinnati made me 3hrs late and missed my transfer in Toledo and they didn't even try to help me or make it right
