We have been on a broke down bus in tip Ohio since 3 am and no help coming
The buses are always late or dont show up. the bus drivers are rude and disrespectful. Bus 6600 left me here last night because I spoke about someone vomiting on the bus and the bus being unsanitary because the driver just put newspaper down and told us not to sit there. There is a soldier here in mourning for his daughter and he has been here for 17 hours now. His daughter's wake is today. The funeral is tomorrow and he may not get there. We sat here ALL NIGHT LONG WITH NO SECURITY. WE HAD TO CALL THE POLICE FOR PROTECTION.
Not bad but a lot of people on this bus
My son was to ride the GreyHound Bus yesterday evening leaving from Toledo, Ohio. His original departure was at 10:30pm. Customer Service counter was very little help in trying to find out why his but still had not arrived at 11:30pm. When the bus finally did arrive, my son was rushed onto the bus without being able to say goodbye (and I mean RUSHED!!!) The worst experience ever rude staff and always hurrying people up. And always quick for the bus driver to bump there gums and treat every one like kids..
Terrible service. My niece’s bus broke down twice coming from Cleveland. She was 2 1/2 hours late.
