Last time I travel with grayhound
They loose your baggage they find it call you then tell you you can pick it up and if you dont pick it up within three days you gotta pay storage then after luggage up when I checked it half of my stuff was gone my medication heart monitor and personal stuff was gone
See your service hasn't gotten any better. Since early 2000. Had a friend with complaints. Told her too take mega Bus or walk. After miss transfer and two delays she now knows!
