i had the worst experience with Grey hound this last time which surprised me because X amount of years ago I had zero problems. Communication is very poor and would highly recommend getting up on their game because nowadays a standard ticket for train matches in price for a ticket on the Grey hound. Now I can't speak for anyone else but I'd much rather use board a train for half even up to twice half the time it would take via bus😱😃.
