The snack machine was out of order and the credit card reader that the clerk uses to sell tickets for the bus was out of order the waiting room was ok was cool inside hard metal benches for sitting on the only this I could say was the bus was 5 minuets early
Busses are alway late, always standing around waiting like a herd of animals. It's alway 30 minutes late, that was 2 and half hours ago.
I had to drag the words out of the person in front desk and the bus driver... the place is really dirty!
Great service and answered all my questions. Also was able to get tags for my bags which were really needed so i didnt have to worry about someone stealing my bags.
