Filthy terminals. Bus schedules randomly cancelled with no refund! No way to contact anyone on a phone. Carry Clorox Wipes.
buses are not on time and buses needs to be clean and well maintenance routine
I absolutely would not reccomend! This was my first time on a bus and the experience was absolutely horrible! At almost $500 for a ticket you would think the customer service would've been better. Employees at the bus stations were beyond rude. I sat there listening to employees yelling at PAYING customers. I understand any kind of customer service can be a hard job at times, but to just be flat out rude for no reason is unacceptable! I will never take a greyhound again. spend your money on a flight instead!
Got charged double $49 ($98)dollars and they can’t refund money only a voucher, trip hasn’t been made yet and transaction was still processing on my debit card and the problem was with their app having issues, this is unbelievable
