THE STATION EMPLOYEES LAZY AS FUCK. THEY NEVER KNOW NO TYPE OF INFORMATION. DIRTY DIRTY !
my bus left 25 minutes early without letting anyone know. They left 6 separate parties behind. I called and they moved my ticket to the next bus coming 8 hours later. That bus never arrived. I spoke with 4 different "customer service" reps and no one could even locate the bus or give me a direct answer if it was even coming or not.
