GREYHOUND ADVERTISES STRONGLY AND PROMOTES FREE WI-FI, well not on here! And not a nice, comfy, clean bus either! WTH? First experience, with all your hype I thought I'd give this transportation a try. I spent the first two hours trying to get help logging in and be told there is no WI-FI available on this rust bucket and then rude customer service representatives when I told them it was unacceptable and this bus should have NEVER left the Denver terminal in this situation.
