got on the bus the 11th of June and the older attendend at the el paso terminal was letting people cut in front of me. I'm on crutches and finally told the lady think I'm next my bus leaving in 15 minutes. she finally took care of me with one he'll of an attitude. bus schedule to leave 745. this is the 2nd time I've been mistreated by the same women.
Everytime my sister travels on greyhound the bus breaks down. She misses conections and it takes her any where from 1-2 days longer.
bus from Pueblo CO to Denver CO WAS 45 MINUTES LATE IT WAS FILTHY IT STUNK LIKE PISS NOT A HINT OF PISS IT WAS A GAGGING SMELL OF PISS THE TICKET ON LINE POST 23 DOLLARS AT THE BUS STATION IT WAS 43 I WONT USE GREYHOUND AGAIN!!!!
Greyhound is horrible. Bus broke down and it took 6 hours to get another one there and I got off the bus and walked right into my classroom. No sleep 9 hours late,3 days on the bus the charging ports and the WiFi never works. Need I say more??
If I could it would be a rating of a negative 10. Shame on you for making this trip for my mother the worst in her life. You should be ashamed of yourself as a company.
