I ride it from Boise to McCall several times a year and have always been very satisfied with the service.
My grandson got stranded on the way in, bus broke down. Took the same POS bus out it broke down AGAIN! He is waiting for a bus from Seattle which is HOURS away! It's very cold! There is a bus in Boise but they say no driver for it...for real!? Apparently, their mechanics don't know their stuff. Greyhound should refund every passenger for making them wait hours! This is no way to business and treat paying passengers! Shame on Greyhound. ..do yourself a BIG favor and don't do business with this farce of a company!
