get more comfortable chairs, for those who have to travel state to state. be better prepared when their's construction, some people have missed their next bus all because of Construction and couldn't have compensated for their troubles. or at least Dispatched greyhound that they where going to be delayed, plus on top of that lost their luggage. and it wasnt even the passengers fault.
Get softer seats, more help in the station, took me over an hour to check in and the clerk was very rude. this is In Boise downtown.

I am a driver for slc to Boise. If you ride with me you will enjoy your self unless you break the federal laws or rules or piss me off.
It’s ok I would much rather fly instead of being out in the cold for 5 hours waiting for my next bus 6 hrs away and the station is only open 2 hrs a day
grumpy drivers and buses that are falling apart don't do it
not crowded, stops were essential. sometimes longer then necessary. Comfortable.
Ourb bus broke down on the way, but they dispatched sa charter bus to get us in to Salt Lake City, Utah. When we got there the Security was really helpful in finding bathrooms, tiicket counter, etc. The lady at the ticket counter was awesome and so was management. They rescheduled us with no problems and gave us priorty boarding. They also provided us with breakfast Station was very clean. Definitely would travel that way again.
