I can't speak to the store's quality or staff, but their posted hours online were inaccurate. Despite driving from Port Elgin to select flooring and rearranging my day, I found the store closed an hour before its stated closing time. Leaving this review in the hope they update their online hours to avoid similar experiences for others. I'm willing to reconsider my review if they reach out and address the issue.
