I lived in Greyeagle for 3 and a half years and it was the best rental experience I’ve ever had. The ladies in the office are absolutely amazing and care about each and every resident. The only reason we moved out is because we needed a bigger place due to growing our family. I will always recommend Greyeagle to people and can’t say enough good stuff about them!
Having lived here for just over a year, my experience has been thoroughly positive + 😀. Whitney and Heather in the office are so very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns that I have had. The maintenance team, under Chris's leadership, works diligently to address any issues and completing work orders promptly and efficiently. It has been a pleasant experience so far!
Do not move here black mole everywhere even outside on the balcony, under the kitchen cabinets EVERYWHERE. Also the heavy set lady in the office lied and said I was being rude to her so she won’t take my rent for December & trying to make it where it’s hard for me to find a new place. Attitudes are very nasty and super unprofessional.
⚠️ DO NOT LIVE HERE! This is your sign to look elsewhere. Management does not care about residents’ well-being. We lived with mold, and despite multiple reports, nothing was done to resolve it. Instead, we were told to “deal with it” and made to feel like we were overreacting since it was our first apartment. Your health and safety matter — don’t let them downplay your concerns. Find somewhere else to live.
