I can’t say enough good things about Greyeagle. This was our first experience living in South Carolina and I’m so happy we started here. Over the year we lived here I’ve never had issues with things like neighbors, trash, dog poo or maintenance. Maintenance is taken care of in a timely fashion and I’ve never had to follow up or see when they’re coming. After 6 years, we just received a collection notice for a water bill and move out fee with no previous call, email or bill from Grey Eagle. Seems very odd that we were given all of our security deposit back and was even told we could come back to use the pool because we were the best tenants and now 6 years later we have a collection agency emailing us. After calling and speaking to the Collection Leasing Manager at Grey Eagle to find out if this was spam, she couldn’t tell me why and said no one works there now that did bac... read more
This community has been wonderful for me and my family! Heather and Whitney are always so friendly when we make a trip to the office. They always have a smile on their face and always make sure we feel at home. Chris is also very helpful. Whenever we have an issue in the apartment, he's quick and thorough in getting the issue fixed! I recommend Greyeagle to anyone looking for their next apartment home!
I have lived here for the past year and have zero complaints. It has been a peaceful stay with no noisy neighbors, maintenance is on top of things and the wonderful women in the front office help with any and everything. Thank you Whitney and Heather for providing a comforting community to live in; I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will never forget you guys!!
I toured with my daughter when she was apartment searching and the manager was so thorough and nice and easy to speak to. Answered all our questions. The residents at the apartments all seemed to like her as we traveled the grounds. Nice complex. Lease signed and ready for move in!
