I had some communication issues with the company during the close and the initial days after the close. However, the owner (Sergio) and construction manager (Liliana) worked very hard to address those issues and I've been pleased with the proactiveness of the team ever since.
Ok, but absolutely no management skills or consideration for the property owner. My issues: - Nickle and dime you on walkthrough issues. Warranty coverage is slow and cumbersome. Anything not on the final walkthrough has to be addressed under warranty, even though the builder is still on-site building additional units. - Team is a little arrogant to deal with, which when combined with incompetence is pretty annoying. Dont trust them or the title company they use in Sugarland capital title
Liliana was very helpful and very friendly. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her.
We worked with Lilliana when we closed our first house purchase and she was incredible to work with. She was responsive, helpful and very thorough. Would definitely recommend working with them!
