Erick and his team were great. When we had them come do our one year inspection to fix all the little things that needed repair, he always provided updates and make sure everything was handled with care. Would highly recommend.
These guys are incredible. Shout-out Erick and Luis in particular, and Sergio (the boss) is always looking to take care of folks. These guys are really different from other builders. In my case, I had a lingering issue for about 3 months, but the guys never gave up and worked with me to solve the problem. Most builders would have probably given up and never showed back up. If you want a builder that takes pride in their work and doesn't give up on solving a problem, these guys are absolutely it.
Greyden built our custom home, and we'd 100% use them again. We spent years working closely with them through design, pre-construction, build, and now warranty phase. Lilianna Gomez was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the home building process. She answered all questions and completed all items that were agreed on in timely manner. She went above and beyond to make sure the home was delivered to buyer above their expectation. Greyden Building Group definitely builds a great product. Highly recommend!
Greyden Building Group was the builder of my new construction home in the East River area of Houston. I’ve lived in the house about a year now and the quality in the build is still strongly evident. They pay high attention to quality and the details. Their construction manager, Liliana, is top notch and she accepts nothing but the best. She is a true asset to the success of their builds. If I need to build or purchase a new construction home in the future, I would not hesitate one moment to use Greyden Building Group again.
