We moved into our Greyden-built Heights home July 2025! We were able to get a pre-drywall inspection, and the inspector was very impressed with the quality of the framing. The small issues that came up were promptly fixed. Liliana was/is our superintendent, and we are so grateful for all of her attention to detail and the care she shows to her clients. She is kind, hard-working, and has very high standards for her homes!
We've enjoyed our new home built by Greyden Building Group in Houston Heights! Liliana has been wonderful to work with and is very detail oriented in helping catch any issues big or small with the home, which you absolutely want from a builder. They also provide a thorough home guide for future reference and have good support through their post-close warranty department.
My husband and I are purchasing our second home and we are extremely happy with our experience with Liliana and the Greyden Building Group. You can tell how much they pride themselves in a quality home build. All of our requests and questions were answered. We are excited for this new chapter.
The homes are pretty but they hardly follow through with repairs and maintenance. Make sure everything is thoroughly inspected before moving in and signing those papers; because contacting them afterwards for any fixes will be futile and a nightmare. They totally disappear and your issues suddenly become irrelevant.
The houses look good but are not made with the best materials. We purchased from Greyden a little over a year ago. The more recent issues arises from the alleged 1 year warranty. Some of the issues were corrected and some were not. Now we have been having communication issues with the company when it comes to the issues that were brought to light and stated to be corrected.
