Want to pay too much money to live in a neighborhood you can’t walk in? How about an enormous amenity fee for a public space with broken pool sticks and a strict no alcohol policy? Do you like the sound of trespassers, police and ambulances at all hours? Would you like your rent raised $400 in 1 year? Oh and let’s not forget that they raise your security deposit too so they can STEAL it at the end of your lease! Stay away from this dump!
Would not recommend this place at all. Management doesn't care one bit once they get their commission. They stole my amenities fee during the covid 19 pandemic and try to give me a gift card for $100 in lieu of not providing access to the common areas. Rent increases are as followed 2020 $200, during the covid 2021 $ 250, and the proposed increase of 500. Don't trust Alex , kelly or Michael
Would not recommend this place at all. Management doesnt care one bit once they get their commission. Lots of drug dealing, illegal renting by sublenters and suspicious people coming and going at all hours. Security could care less about the safety of the residents. My rent went up $400 in the last 3 yrs of living here. Thank god I moved and enjoy where I am now
