Abdul from Grey Tilings PTY Ltd was absolutely amazing! His personality was the first thing I noticed. He asked for each of our names and memorised them, then every time he saw us around the house he acknowledged us by name and a wide smile. Even my wee grandson loved seeing him and hearing his name.
