Just thoroughly enjoyed our first stay at Grey Shingles. Our only complaint is that our stay wasn’t long enough, we will stay longer next year. It was one of the best trips we’ve had. The perfect getaway. The grounds & cabins are pristine. Rich & Robin are so welcoming and made us feel right at home. This place is a true gem. We hope to book the whole camp out with family and friends next year! We certainly will be regulars.
We stayed at Grey Shingles Camps last weekend with our besties for their sons wedding. We were in Black Bear and the addition of the bedroom was so beautiful and well done. We arrived to find a basket of goodies including a yummy blueberry loaf, coffee pods, apples, etc.... which was such a nice surprise! Great place with great hosts and superb accommodation
Fantastic spot. The individual cabins are beautifully appointed and so comfortable. Well worth the visit when in the area. Looking forward to a return visit in the future. Thanks for your hospitality Robin and Rich!
Super romantic place. The cabins are newly renovated and furnhished with love for the detail. Robin and Rich welcomed us very warmly with freshly made apple pie the day we arrived. Unfortunately, our two days stay was way too short. We definitively can recommend the Grey Shingles Camp for discovering the beauty of the Indian summer in the White Mountains or elsewhere!
Everything about the week at Grey Shingles was terrific - peaceful time by the lake, easy access to downtown Wolfeboro, kayaking and swimming. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some down time. Robin and Rich are great hosts and the "Sweet Apple" camp quickly felt like home. Hope to come back again!
Best vacation I've had in a while. So relaxing to be on this beautiful lake/pond and enjoy all the area has to offer. Rich and Robin were wonderful hosts and even let us win at Pickle Ball I think....can't wait to come back!
