I had Grey Oaks out today to clean and inspect my chimney. They were recommended to me by another fireplace company. The price was twice the amount that other companies advertised for, but because they were recommended, I went with them. We have an old 1928 house with a very unusual chimney. We got quotes from several companies, who all commented they had never seen anything quite like it before. The top was starting to crumble, and the fireplace had never been usable since we moved in. We decided to go with Grey Oaks, and I’m so glad we did! Our chimney was rotted on the top and bottom and needed some repairs badly. These guys are a very professional and easy going company to deal with right from the beginning, great communication! Jeremy was reasonable and didn’t try and oversell but at the same time the finished job was top notch. They came on time, did the work efficiently, and left no mess. I would highly recommend them!

Came out and inspected both fireplaces and chimney stacks. Recommended a sweep for one but not the other and gave me a DIY project to add some safety to one of my fireplaces. I love that they were helpful and not after money but only suggesting they could fix it. Happy with the price for the one chimney sweep they did. Highly recommend!
