From the moment I walked into Grey Hawk Storage in West Des Moines, the staff member that assisted me was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. I have rented different sized units over the past 2.5 years. The facilities are always immaculate! The climate was always perfect for my things, I just can’t stress enough what a wonderful experience it was, and well worth the money to know that my things were being taken care of by experts. Used a different facility in DSM in the past. No comparison! This place is clean and the security and modern function make it amazing. Hard to get excited about “storage” but this place is great!
