Me and my lady were Russ’ tenants for a year at 615 Fredricks in Oceanside. Anytime we had issues or questions he was quick to respond and the issue was fixed promptly. Every landlord could learn a thing or two from Russ!
Even though the neighbors were not the greatest, having a landlord who was there for us from day one and was extremely attentive to whatever we needed made the process worth it. Fire alarm went off at night and needed to be replaced? It was resolved the next day. Russ is by far the best landlord I’ve had, if you have him you’ll be in good hands.
Sometimes property management companies get a bad rap from renters - they feel like they are, IDK, the "bad guy". I worked with Russ to get a space for my aging business partner... and I've worked with a few companies over the years and never found a prop. mgmt. co. as communicative, clear, upfront, honest and transparent as Russ T. with Grey Falcon. I’m a professor on sabbatical in Oxford and Russ Tarvin rented out my house while I was away and managed the property. I can’t thank him enough! It was a big job and a tough one—I hadn’t realized how much there was to do, which I couldn’t do from out of the country. Russ did it all! He got the place refurbished, dealt with getting permits from the city, rented it out, managed cleaning and fixing. He did it all and was a pleasure to work with. Five stars!
Grey Falcon as a company, and especially Russ as our property manager, showed professionalism and responsiveness during our lease with them. It was refreshing to work with people who were prompt, knowledgeable, and realistic to daily circumstances.
