All so professional and courteous! This is my second year to go to Grey, and I had a good experience both times. Very pleased with the accuracy of my prescription. The frames I got next door are great too!
Not sure why I had to sit and wait for 45+ minutes for an eye exam, only to be told by everyone including the Doctor it was not their fault I waited for 45 minutes. So I guess they are insinuating it is my fault for waiting. Why? Because I am a veteran? Because I served our country and was unlucky enough to be hurt and live? Where is the professionalism? Where is the compassion? where is the self respect? Not at this facility!
