Rob has been a great addition to Greyberry! So far I’ve had my water heater go out and when I called the emergency line, he picked up the phone promptly and headed out to relight it successfully! I also had a gnat issue prior to moving in that wasn’t solved by the previous property manager (told it was because of it being Summer) and Rob inspected my garbage disposal and replaced it same day (turns out it was old and had never been replaced even though that is also what the previous manager told me). My experience with Greyberry has been great. The apartments are quiet.
I have lived here for almost 4 years and have enjoyed it very much! I was a bit skeptical with having someone new in the office as I never had an issue with the previous manager. The new manager, however, has been very helpful with addressing my questions, concerns, and work orders. I have yet to have an issue with her and hope never to have one! We’ve lived here for 19 years. The last few years have been the best. The buildings and outside areas are clean and very appealing. Love seeing the kids playing and bikes in the bike rack. The staff is pleasant and helpful and quick to respond. The only thing I miss is the tree in front of my balcony lol
