My experience with Greyberry has been great. The apartments are quiet.
I have lived here for almost 4 years and have enjoyed it very much! I was a bit skeptical with having someone new in the office as I never had an issue with the previous manager. The new manager, however, has been very helpful with addressing my questions, concerns, and work orders. I have yet to have an issue with her and hope never to have one! We’ve lived here for 19 years. The last few years have been the best. The buildings and outside areas are clean and very appealing. Love seeing the kids playing and bikes in the bike rack. The staff is pleasant and helpful and quick to respond. The only thing I miss is the tree in front of my balcony lol

The new office lady AMEE is RACIST, rude, and unprofessional!! She has a horrible attitude and just overall not a friendly person. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone of color because they don’t want us there. Tina was great before she left. This new lady is terrible!
