While I never actually lived in these apartments, I could tell right away that it was one of my top choices. Amee, the property manager, has been excellent from the start. She answered emails quickly and efficiently as well as answered any questions I had. When I ran into technical problems with applying, she made it her top priority to fix it. I have lived at greyberry for the past 3 years and counting. The new vibe here is definitely making a difference. Fast and friendly maintenance/office staff. Amy just has so much positive energy it spreads like wild fire. You cannot beat the fact that I have a washer/dryer in my unit.
10/10 I even referred my Mom to live here! The manager and maintenance crew are excellent. Any issues are handled promptly and efficiently.
