Since the change in management, the apartments has gone down, there bugs in the apartments and management has done nothing to improve the situation, claims she lives with bugs so I guess we should also live with bugs!!!! I didn’t sign up to live with bugs it’s a health hazard and management should resolve this problem immediately!!!!! So after saying all that if you are looking for a nice clean place to live stay away from Grayberry Apartments
I had a great stay here. Management is responsive. You can always see the staff around the complex keeping things nice. They also were really generous with my security deposit and forgave some issues.
A very smooth process in the last few weeks!!
