If I had the option to give no stars, I would. I made an appointment last night on Zocdoc for my partner and today I called to confirm it. When I call the receptionist gets on the phone and I said hi, I’m calling to confirm my boyfriend’s doctor appointment. She gets all high rate and says I just called you and left you a voicemail to inform you that we do not take that insurance. The pain management doctor was very nice. Next visit I made the apt with the surgeon who is working with the clinic. After waiting 2h I left without seeing him, that place is very backed up and disorganized. Waiting room is shared with few other clinics so it gets crowded. I do not recommend, I'm looking for another surgeon.
Yesterday I saw a pain management Doctor Who listened to me, took the time to understand my complaints and problems and prescribe a whole new different medicine gonna try it out. I’m praying that it works, but I’m grateful to him for taking the time to listen and also to the staff, Laura is an exceptional Receptionist and everyone is very kind. Thank you to the doctor and staff🙏

I saw Dr. Patwary in westbury office on September 30 2024 for first time, he put injection on my hand because my ring finger after my accident on July 10 was noum pain (no movement my hand,) the first doctor waits my time with no results but I'm glad I change to real professional doctor Patwary now I see in Elmhurst office. Thanks I feel better, I need your help with my body doctor 🙏 also Patricia the receptionist was very kind.
