I had a very good experience with Grewal Orthopedic & Spine Care. The staff was friendly, caring, and professional. The doctor listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. I appreciate their excellent service and would recommend them to others.

If I had the option to give no stars, I would. I made an appointment last night on Zocdoc for my partner and today I called to confirm it. When I call the receptionist gets on the phone and I said hi, I’m calling to confirm my boyfriend’s doctor appointment. She gets all high rate and says I just called you and left you a voicemail to inform you that we do not take that insurance. I proceed to say what do you mean you don’t take the insurance it says that on Zocdoc so if that’s the case, please cancel the appointment but als... read more
The pain management doctor was very nice. Next visit I made the apt with the surgeon who is working with the clinic. After waiting 2h I left without seeing him, that place is very backed up and disorganized. Waiting room is shared with few other clinics so it gets crowded. I do not recommend, I'm looking for another surgeon.
